1. Introduction

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or partnership) accessing the platform for personal recreational use.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously banned from pk55 for policy violations.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

pk55 may request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending review.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active pk55 account. Operating multiple accounts, or assisting others to do so, constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk55 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. pk55 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login information.

• Use a strong, unique password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals, and symbols.
• Never share your one-time password (OTP) or account verification codes with anyone, including pk55 customer support staff.
• Log out of your pk55 account after each session, especially when using shared or public devices.

Account Verification (KYC)

pk55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity and age of all account holders. You may be required to submit a valid national ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification documents. Withdrawal requests above a certain threshold will typically require completion of the KYC process before funds are released.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk55 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pk55 supports multiple local and international payment methods to ensure fast, convenient, and secure transactions for our players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment channels are currently accepted on pk55 for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for instant BDT transfers.
• Bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-72 hours, subject to KYC verification status and payment provider processing times. pk55 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your payment account must match the name registered on your pk55 account.

pk55 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, pk55 may freeze an account pending investigation. Any funds found to be the proceeds of fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk55 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Each welcome bonus or deposit bonus carries a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are valid for the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.
• pk55 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Free spins won during a promotional event may be capped at a maximum conversion value as stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Bonuses are for personal use only. Transferring or gifting bonuses to other pk55 accounts is strictly prohibited. pk55 may use automated and manual checks to detect bonus abuse patterns.

6. Betting Rules & Fair Play

All bets placed on pk55 — including cricket betting markets (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers), football markets, slot games, live casino tables, and crash games — are subject to the specific game rules published on the relevant section of the platform.

pk55 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games to ensure outcomes are fair, unbiased, and independent. The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk55 and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in place of a human user.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
